Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of hiredoc, operated by APPHIVE TECHNOLOGIES LTD (company number 15906964), registered at Unit 34 182-184 High Street North, Area 1/1, East Ham, London, United Kingdom, E6 2JA. hiredoc is a product of Apphive Technologies.

By creating an account, purchasing access, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use hiredoc.

hiredoc provides AI-assisted resume analysis, guided interviews, and tools to build and export resume documents. The service is intended to help internationally trained engineers present their experience effectively to recruiters in North America and similar markets.

We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that using hiredoc will result in job interviews, offers, or employment.

Parts of your resume and feedback are generated or suggested using artificial intelligence. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before submitting it to employers or third parties.

hiredoc is a drafting and coaching tool, not legal, immigration, or career counselling advice.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or if we reasonably believe your account poses a security or legal risk. We may also suspend access while investigating suspected abuse.

You retain ownership of the resume text and other content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, display, and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the service — including sharing it with our subprocessors (such as AI and hosting providers) as described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the right to submit your content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or violate applicable law.

Access to certain features may require a one-time or other fee as displayed at checkout. Prices, packages, and payment terms may change at any time for future purchases. Changes do not affect amounts already paid unless required by law.

No refunds after download. Once you have downloaded or exported your resume document (PDF, DOCX, or equivalent), your purchase is final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law.

If you believe you were charged in error before any download, contact hello@hiredoc.co promptly.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to submit false or misleading information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service except as permitted by law.
• Upload malware or content that is abusive, harassing, or infringes third-party rights.
• Circumvent usage limits, payment requirements, or security measures.

hiredoc, its branding, software, and documentation are owned by APPHIVE TECHNOLOGIES LTD or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service as intended.

You may stop using the service at any time. You may request deletion of your account and personal data by emailing danish@theapphive.com or hello@hiredoc.co. We will process verified deletion requests promptly — typically right away.

We may retain limited information as described in our Privacy Policy where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, APPHIVE TECHNOLOGIES LTD and its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose, or £100 if you have not made a payment, whichever is greater — except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law (including certain consumer rights in the UK).

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the current version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
